From Aug 27th to 28th, 2018, the operational level staffs of the National Computer network Emergency Response technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC), Japan Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center (JPCERT/CC) and Korea Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center  (KrCERT/CC) of Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), gathered in Tokyo, Japan to hold the sixth China-Japan-Korea CSIRT Annual Meeting for Cybersecurity Incident Response, hosted by JPCERT/CC.

        This annual meeting is held under the agreement of the "JOINT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON COMPUTER SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAM WITH NATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY" signed by the three parties in 2011. 

        Some of major outcome of this year’s meeting were;

        - Reviewed the cooperative activities especially JERT arrangement for significant events.

        - Sharing latest incident trends that are observed by the three teams.

        - Understand the capacity building activities conducted by each team and agree to seek for potential opportunities of joint training.

        - Recognize each other’s efforts on DDoS detection, analysis, response and agree to enhance the collaboration in the field of DDoS mitigation.

        - Review the collaboration under the MOU and updated the Point of Contact list.

        The next annual meeting will be hosted by CNCERT/CC in 2019.
