On 21st to 22nd August 2014, the operational level staffs of National Computer network Emergency Response technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC), Japan Computer Emergency Response Team /Coordination Center (JPCERT/CC) and Korea Internet Security Center (KrCERT/CC), gathered in Seoul to hold the 2nd China-Japan-Korea CSIRT Annual Meeting for Cybersecurity Incident Response. 

        This annual meeting is held under the agreement of "JOINT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON COMPUTER SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAM WITH NATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY" signed by the 3 partiesin 2011 and the host of the meeting for this year was KrCERT/CC. The meeting provided the opportunity to reviewthe incident handling and the prevention activities for the significant incidents. With the presence of highly-technical staffs, the parties also exchanged information on the recent trend of cyber threats.

        At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reassured to boost the existing cooperation by thoroughly evaluating the significant incident handling cases and further exploring each team's capacity and approach to incident handling. The parties also agreed to support establishing information sharing protocols, metrics, and standards for cross-comparable cyber risk measurement in order to contribute in raising the global cyber healthiness.
