全国互联网应急处理研讨会’2004于2004年2月11-13日在海南省三亚市椰林滩大酒店召开，旨在通过研讨和交流，进一步加强“国家公共互联网安全事件应急处理体系”中各相关单位对于安全事件的应急处理能力，增进彼此间的协同配合，以充分发挥“国家公共互联网安全事件应急处理体系”的整体效能。
本次会议由信息产业部互联网应急处理协调办公室主办，CNCERT/CC、CNCERT/CC海南分中心和中国互联网协会网络与信息安全工作委员会协办，会议邀请了澳大利亚AusCERT、韩国CERTCC-KR、中国香港HKCERT/CC、日本JPCERT/CC四个亚太地区权威CERT组织的专家进行专题演讲，分享他们在应急处理不同领域所积累的经验；中国内地的演讲嘉宾则来自国家网络与信息安全协调小组办公室、信息产业部应急办、中国工程院、CNCERT/CC、国家计算机病毒应急处理中心、互联网运营商CERT以及业界知名的专业网络与信息安全厂商。
信息产业部有关司局的领导和科技部863计划的专家也出席本次会议。参会代表来自CNCERT/CC各省分中心运行部、互联网运营商、网络与信息安全企业以及行业媒体，总人数超过了200人。
本次会议得到了启明星辰、东软、3721、曙光、天融信、任子行、工大首创、安氏中国、瑞星等公司的赞助和支持。
Internet Emergency Response Conference of China’2004 is going to be held at Palm Beach Resort & Spa Sanya in Hainan from 11 to 13 February 2004. The conference aims to further enhance the capability on security emergency response of organizations involved in “National Public Network Security Emergency Response System” and improve their cooperation one another so as to exert the whole effect of “National Public Network Security Emergency System” sufficiently.
The conference is organized by Internet Emergency Response Coordination Office of MII associated with CNCERT/CC, the Hainan Branch of CNCERT/CC and Network & Info Security WG of ISC.
At the conference, four speakers respectively from AusCERT, CERTCC-KR, HKCERT/CC and JPCERT/CC reputed in Asia-Pacific region are invited to do presentations and share their experiences and awareness in different field of emergency response with us. Other speakers come from National Network & Info Security Coordination Team Office, Internet Emergency Response Coordination Office of MII, Chinese Academy of Engineering, CNCERT/CC, National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center, CERTs of Internet carriers and well-known network and information security vendors in the industry.
Besides speakers, the honored guests include officers from related departments of MII as well as experts from 863 program. The participants numbering total about 200 come from branches of CNCERT/CC, Internet carriers, network & info security vendors and press media.
